To help the growing list of operators of our fiberglass Packaged Metering Manholes maintain their investments, Openchannelflow has put together an inspection form to standardize the collection and reporting of data useful in establishing maintenance cycles for Packaged Metering Manholes.  

The Packaged Metering Manhole Inspection Form should be used in Conjunction with the Flume Inspection Form to provide a complete review of each sites' condition.
