A fiberglass 1.5-foot H flume with stainless steel tranquilizer racks mounted in the approach section.

Tranquilizer racks help to dampen excess flow stream energy, dampen surface turbulence, and straight out the velocity profile prior to the flow stream entering the flume itself.  The drop-in-place nature of the racks means that they can be used to correct flows for both new and existing flume installations.
