A domed top Packaged Metering Manhole (PMM) being installed at a pharmaceutical plant in Marietta, GA.  The manhole integrates a 2-inch Parshall flume.  The flume is offset in the manhole at the customer's request (normally being centered in the manhole barrel).

Note that the concrete pad is slightly undersized - the pad should extend at least 6-inches past any portion of the manhole, flume, or end connections.
