Detached Stilling Well in a Parshall Flume Manhole

Description

A detached stilling well in a Parshall flume metering manhole.  The well is located under a shaft encoder mounted at the top of the manhole.  The flume has a staff gauge at the point of measurement and is surrounded by fiberglass benching.
