Breweries are a good applicaiton for fiberglass flow metering manholes. The manholes are factory integrated, turnkey solutions to the need to measure plant discharge.  Requiring minimal line downtime, metering manholes can be installed during planed plant shutdowns or over a weekend or holiday.

The manhole shown here is a 60-inch diameter domed top unit integrating a 3-inch Parshall flume.
