A exterior vent on a domed top Packaged Metering Manhole.  The vent, made from schedule 80 PVC, was routed on the outside of the manhole to provide maximum interior access for the operator.

In additon the exterior vent, the manhole was provided with a two-piece construction, adhesive channel.  The channel allowed the otherwise oversized manhole to ship on a standard flatbed trailer.
