A Packaged Metering Manhole with integrated magnetic flow meter with traffic cover.  Packaged Metering Manholes can be provided with traffic reducer tops that allow standard grade rings / bricks and frame / cover systems to be used.  Here grade bricks are used to bring the frame and cover up to the intended finish grade.
