Free Spilling Discharge Off of a H Flume

H Flume Discharge

Description

Free-spilling discharge off the end of a H flume.  More a cross between a flume and a weir, the H flume has little resistance to the effects of downstream submergence.  As such, it is recommended that the flume be set so that free-spilling discharge occurs under all flow conditions.
