Well developed, sub-critical flow in a stainless steel H Flume used to measure dairy effluent.

The flow coming into the flume requried substantial flow conditioning and stilling.  A combination of raising the inlet of the flume, extended appraoch section, and, most importantly, flow tranquilizing racks allows the operators to get good, accurate flow measurements in the flume.
