A fiberglass manhole used to measure discharge out of a cheese operation. The manhole integrates a Parshall Flume to measure flow on a whey discharge line.  Accurate measurement of an industry's discharge is important when requried by the receiving municipality or where large volumes of water are used in the production of the end product - particularly where evoporation or incorporation into the product occurs.
