A view of the interior of a fiberglass weir manhole used to monitor seepage at Springer Dam in New Mexico.  Around the weir channel fiberglass benching has been provided to give the operators a safe and secure area from which to work.  Recessed fiberglass grating was also procided over the weir pool.
