One of a group of three Flow Measuring Manholes installed in Kingston RI. The manholes are used to measure flows on a collection system from one municipality to another.  The manholes each have a domed fiberglass top suitable for non-traffic area installation.  Domed top manhole provide the greatest operator access and is intended to sit a foot above grade so that surface water doesn't enter the manhole.
