Description

Ladder in a fiberglass Parshall flume domed top manhole (the top has not yet be installed).  The ladder has a narrow opening fiberglass grating at the top to assist the operator in entering / exiting the manhole.  High visibility, full width grit tape is applied to each ladder run.
