A fiberglass 3-inch Parshall flume with inlet and outlet transitions for a 48-inch diameter concrete manhole. Over the flume a multi-piece Lexan cover has been installed to minimize splashing yet still allow operators to inspect the flow stream with the need to remove the cover.

A stainless steel sampler tube is provided at the point of measurement to facilitate composite sampling of the flow stream.
