Nested Palmer-Bowlus Flumes integrated into a fiberglass Packaged Metering Manhole.  Nested flumes allow the measurement - over time - of two distinct flow regimes.  

Over time, as flow in the system increases, the smaller, inner, flume is removed.

Factory integration means that the flume / manhole combination is immediately ready for installation at the customer’s site.
