An open topped fiberglass Packaged Metering Manhole during installation. The manhole integrates a 3-inch Parshall flume with an ultrasonic mounting bracket.  

Around the manhole fiberglass benching has also been provided.  Fiberglass benching eliminates the need to pour a shoulder in the manhole and provides a clean, safe area for the operators to do their work.

The manhole was also provided with an oversized 4-inch coupling to allow additional cabling to be brought into the manhole.
