A fiberglass Packaged Flow Metering Manhole integrating a Palmer-Bowlus Flume. The Metering Manhole is provided with a traffic reducer top. This allows the operator to use standard grade rings, a frame, and cover to bring the installation up to grade.

Palmer-Bowlus Flumes were specifically designed to connect to existing sewers lines - so many of the available sizes of the flume match typical sewer line sizes. The notable exception here is the 15-inch Palmer-Bowlus Flume which straddles the 14-inch and 16-inch line sizes.
