A fiberglass Palmer-Bowlus Flume measuring a spilling dischage at a treatment plant. The flume is suspended over the treatment cell with flow allowed to spill off the flume after measurement.  Over the flume an ultrasonic transducer is mounted to measure the level (and thus flow) through the flume.
