Parshall Flume Packaged Metering Manhole with custom outlet.  The custom outlet allows the operator to connect to the downstream pipe which is considerably lower than the normal out of a Metering Manhole.  

At the top of the manhole is a domed fiberglass top.  Domed top provide the greatest operator access but are only suitable for installations where no vehicular or foot traffic will be present.
