A stainless steel weir box with a perforated baffle plate to conditon and control the inlet flow.  The weir box is fed by a vertical pipe discharging into the receiving chamber.  The flow from the pipe then passes through the perforated baffle plate - straightening and smoothing it- and then into the main weir pool - flowing through the weir plate and then out the discharge pipe.
