Smaller Parshall flumes (usually 48-inch throat widths and smaller) are usually shipped palleted on a box truck (LTL).  Here a 24-inch fiberglass Parshall flume is being unloaded at a contractor's receiving yard.  

Larger flumes or flumes is longer end adapters ship via flatbed trailer. These flumes may or may not be palleted.
