Description

A stainless steel USGS Portable Parshall Flume with stilling well and staff gauge. 

The USGS Portable Parshall Flume deletes the discharge section of the standard Parshall Flume design.  The resultant flume is short and lighter than the full length Parshall Flume, but now lacking the energy recovering discharge section, requires free-spilling discharge.

This flume is provided with a staff gauge for visual meaurement of the level / flow in the flume as well as a stilling well with a hinge, lockable cover.
