Openchannelflow has built Fiberglass Grinder Manholes with and without integrating factory supplied guide rails.  Keep in mind that although guide rails are not required, they are helpful down the road when servicing the grinder.  

Without guide rails, Openchannelflow forms a cavity for the grinder to sit in and then supports the assembly with stainless steel cross bars.
