The products offered by Openchannelflow do not, require spare parts, lubricants, etc.  Openchannelflow, therefore, only maintains inventory of such items and subassemblies as it deems necessary for the normal course of its business.

Depending upon the nature of the item, Openchannelflow may engage outside companies for the production of subassemblies for its products.  These subassemblies are typically made to order and made in volume for Openchannelflow.  As such, should a requested spare part (subassembly) not be in stock with Openchannelflow, there may be a delay in Openchannelflow obtaining sufficient stock to meet a customer’s need. Depending upon the nature of the fabrication and / or specialization of the item, the delay may be considerable. 

Openchannelflow is under no obligation to expedite or otherwise incur additional costs, fee, or charges in order to satisfy the Buyer’s particular time frame unless such costs, fees, or charges (with suitable overhead and profit added) are itemized in Openchannelflow’s quotation or offer to sell.
