As a condition of sale, all prices are based on scheduled and continuous production of the work. Should you need to delay the manufacturing of you order, you agree to and understand that you will be responsible for such additional costs and/or delays as may be incurred by Openchannelflow resulting from your failure to approve submittals promptly, or give the necessary releases to purchase materials and proceed with fabrication and shipment, as well as any other delay.

Should you request a hold in fabrication after submittal approval, all costs associated with removal of order from production, storage, rescheduling, reconditioning, and restoring Equipment to production after removal of your hold, etc. shall be at your expense, with you agreeing to pay any and all such charges. You further agree that Openchanneflow shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for any delay or the consequences thereof, in restoring order to production and that Openchannelflow is under no obligation to delay or store any order previously scheduled for production.

To request a delay in the shipment of an in-progress, contact Openchannelflow here.  In your request make sure to provide the following:

• OCF order number
• Reason for the request
• Date of the shipment release - this date cannot be open ended

Openchannelflow will review your request and provide you with a revised shipment schedule and costs associated with the delay if Openchannelflow deems the request reasonable.  Otherwise Openchannelflow will continue with the production / shipment of the order as originally scheduled.
